The PetPage App is a user-friendly tool that puts your pet’s health information right at your fingertips. With the PetPage App, you can:

  • View upcoming appointments for your pets.
  • Request appointments for your pets. ** Please be aware this feature does not always accurately reflect open appointments due to time lag between our systems. Please be sure to fill out the comments section with your preferred time and day for an appointment if it is not an option un the drop down time selection.
  • Access your pet’s medical history, including vaccination and laboratory reminders.
  • Keep track of medications your pet is currently on and set reminders for administering them.
  • Receive important reminders for preventive care and appointments.
  • Easy registration and login process
  • Pet ID you can customize and share
  • Set up and receive in-app notifications and reminders

Follow these steps for a better pet-care experience:

  • From your phone, please use the links below to download the PetPage by AllyDVM mobile app from the Google Play or Apple store:
  • Opened the app and click the “sign up” button on the home page. Enter the email address on file at ###PRACTICE_NAME###, choose a password, and click the create account button.
  • Once you receive a confirmation email, use the link in that email to verify your account. (Check your SPAM folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.)
