Meghan
Meghan grew up on a 75 acre farm in Canandaigua, New York where her family raised goats, sheep, horses, llamas, rabbits, and fallow deer. This is where her love for animals first started.
Meghan is a 2019 graduate of Morrisville State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and Management specializing in Western Breaking and Training with a main concentration in Reining. Aside from spending her free time on horses, you can usually find her spending time with her fiancé and their four dogs, Bettis (Labrador Retriever), Ruger (Australian Cattle Dog), Mazie (Blue Merle Australian Shepherd) and their newest addition Nala (Red Merle Australian Shepherd).
She has gained significant experience while working with multiple equine veterinarians, including working as a Veterinary Assistant at Finger Lakes Racetrack. She has now joined Honeoye Falls Veterinary Hospital to further her education with small animals.
Marissa
Marissa has always had a passion for helping animals, she’s always known she wanted to spend her time working with them. She enjoys giving lots of love and attention to every pet she meets. Outside of work, Marissa loves going to the barn to ride and spend time with horses. The rest of her free time is spent snuggling with her kitty Moon, making art, and volunteering at animal shelters.
Riley
Riley is a Rochester native and has always loved animals, growing up with a trio of mastiffs. After getting a psychology degree in Baltimore, she decided to switch to a career working with animals. She is currently in school to become a licensed veterinary technician. Her favorite part of working at a vet hospital is getting to help people and their fur babies. At home she has a morkie named Kida, a ragdoll cat named Juliette, and Nemo the rescue kitty. When Riley isn't at work, she spends her free time reading and hiking.
Mairead
Mairead is currently in school for agriculture business. She hopes to pursue the agricultural business that is involved in producing farm operations. While at work she loves how different everyday is and how many new things she is able to learn each day.
At home she has two dogs (Daizy and Bozo), two horses (Houdini and Buddy), one mini and a sheep.
When she's not at work she enjoys going to rodeos, traveling and riding dirt bikes.
